Cannot uninstall program on windows xp

I have 2 icons in my control panel, I can't delete some programs in the list because they wouldn't uninstall, my MusicMatch Jukebox no longer initiates. I have Norton on my PC now and it has only found 1 virus that it deleted, some kind of program that links to e-mails but nothing about failing to run programs installed.

Yes I did run a virus check, it didn't find anything. I have had to restore my system to earlier times which is why some programs can't be uninstalled but this problem with the MusicMatch is just unexplainable to me.
