Career wise, go look elsewhere. What I've learned, some people working there are two-face SOBs. Some of the co-workers I worked with are unskilled, incompetent and back stabbers. The hardest part of the job is working with idiots, really tight budget, reporting to different managers who have different opinions and decisions, and a system that is antiquated that crashes ALOT! Pros None I can think of Cons Family politics, poor management, penny pinching, high turn over.
